Yes, the driver behind us was chugging down on an evening snack in a bumper to bumper traffic jam on I-40 West. True...the traffic was stopped for an extended time...but this driver pulled out a whole picnic basket and a jug! (The Millies were discreet and caught him on camera via the side mirror)
