THEY ARE ALIVE,

Yes, the Millies are alive and we have not been abducted by aliens...but we ARE in New Mexico.

The Millies took off from Rancho Cucamonga, California yesterday, September 19, at about 7:15am. 

We took our ceremonial pictures and we were so elated that as we drove down the street on our departure, Millie P glanced back at the house and saw the front door WIDE open... Okay restart 1. (good thing the house is occupied, well guarded and a police officer lives next door. ) 

The Millies went by the local Mickey Ds for coffee and asked a nice stranger to take pics of the Millies in their new custom sweatshirt jackets with the new Millie logo on back.  Lourdes, of Image Emporium worked hard with the Millies for days to come up with just the right thing to please ALL FOUR Millies. We thought we were ready to get on the road, but NO we had to return home because we THOUGHT we forgot the hard copy of our personalized Millie Great American Road Trip itinerary that we have worked to develop since January. So we drove back home and realized the itinerary was IN THE TRUNK...so off we were AGAIN, this time for real.
